Gripper Assembly
Gripper chains for the Resina® inline cappers are steel or stainless steel, we can assemble with or without the gripper rubber blocks. The gripper rubber blocks are flat or can have a profile to fit the bottle shape.
Gripper Block
Lazar carries and manufactures a wide selection of gripper rubber blocks with varying durometers. The type, size, and shape of the gripper rubber blocks are dependent upon the container, jar or bottle. The rubber composition depends on the product filled. We carry blocks made of Polyurethane, Gum Rubber, Vinyl and many other compositions. Call for a free consultation
Gripper Chain Link
Gripper chains and their links are available in either Cold Rolled Steel (CRS) or Stainless Steel, We sell the connecting link as a complete assembly or you can buy the studs/plates individually.
Runner Strip
We carry all sizes of gripper chain runner and return guides. These are manufactured of the original bakelite (Phenolic) durable material. Legth and width depend on the application and machine model. The runner strips are only used with gripper chains. we also carry runners for gripper belts
