The Lazar Cap Inspection Unit is a designed with simplicity in mind. The Inspection Unit is capable of checking for skewed or missing caps and to gently “blow-off” the rejected container. Depending on the container size, the Inspection Unit is capable of detection and rejection of up to 120 containers per minute. A gate may be used to remove the larger or heavier containers.
No tools: The Lazar Cap Inspection Unit is easily adjusted using “No Tools”. A quick and simple adjusting handle located in the main bracket can adjust the Inspection Unit from 1/2” to 9” size container.
Requirements: 18” of conveyor space is required to mount the Cap Inspection and Reject Station to an existing conveyor. Depending on the container size and amount of space required to hold the rejected containers, a larger rejection table is available.
